An established correctional healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Physician to serve as Medical Director for a large correctional healthcare program in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

This physician leadership opportunity combines direct patient care with oversight of a comprehensive correctional healthcare program serving an underserved patient population. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services that meet all regulatory, legal, ethical, and accreditation standards.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Medical Director serves as the senior physician leader responsible for clinical operations, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strategic oversight of healthcare services.
