Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inspector and Work Orders Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections to ensure the status of our rentals. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of rentals to make sure the status of the house before move -in ,after move out and every 6 months.
• Coordinate the creation, tracking, and completion of work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance or operational issues
• Collaborate with field teams, contractors, and management to prioritize inspection findings and work order assignments
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and related documentation for audit purposes
• Identify potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies during inspections and escalate issues promptly
• Support the scheduling of inspections and work order follow-ups to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Assist in training team members on inspection procedures and work order processes as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in inspection roles within management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using inspection tools, digital recordkeeping systems, and work order management software like AppFolio.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and management
• Ability to identify issues quickly and provide clear documentation for resolution
