Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable electrical safety standards
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support continuous operations
• Document electrical work, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or packaging environment
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motor controls, and PLC systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Familiarity with NEC codes and OSHA electrical safety regulations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergency repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
