IAMGOLD Superintendent of Maintenance Planning

Drive innovation in mill operations as Superintendent at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine. Your focus will be on maintenance planning, scheduling, and promoting a safety-first culture. As a Superintendent, you will lead all mill maintenance planning and scheduling activities, ensuring resources are allocated optimally. You'll be accountable for the planning team while enhancing plant reliability through effective maintenance strategies and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and prioritize planning team schedules • Maintain asset hierarchies and optimize maintenance data • Create robust budgets for long-term maintenance programs • Collaborate with Supply Chain for resource availability • Monitor planning performance indicators for improvements Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering • Five years in a leadership position • Ten years in maintenance or asset management • Extensive experience with industrial milling processes • Registered Engineer (PEO) status preferred Lead IAMGOLD's mission of sustainability and innovation through expert maintenance planning at Côté Gold.
