Compensation: Salary Range: $300,000 $350,000 annually
Assignment Duration: Long term permanent
Practice Setting: Community Hospital

Documents required:

  • MD or DO from accredited medical school Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) Required
  • Active Vermont Medical License Required
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - Required no exemptions
  • BLS Certification Required
  • ACLS Certification Required
  • Ventilator management experience Required
  • Experience running codes Required
  • 2 3 years Hospitalist experience Highly Preferred
  • Rural health experience Highly Preferred
  • Clean Malpractice History - Required
  • Does provider require any visa support - Required
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - Required no exemption, required at presentation
