• Shift: Approximately 7.5 x 24-hour shifts/month (full-time) or minimum of 5.5 shifts/month (benefit-eligible)
• Hours/Week: 27.5 40+ (based on shift preference)

• License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN, residency required
• Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $150/hour (equivalent to approximately $328,500 annually for full-time)
• Additional Bonus Potential: To be discussed at interview

What You ll Do:

• Attend and manage deliveries, including high-risk cases with maternal-fetal medicine support
• Provide OB triage, patient evaluation, and management in a busy community hospital setting
• Assist in surgeries, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage
• Collaborate with neonatal and maternal-fetal medicine teams for inpatient consults
• Support approximately 60 deliveries per month in a Level-III NICU-equipped facility
• Engage in teaching opportunities with residents, fellows, and medical students
• Ensure patient safety and quality care in a 24/7 in-house team environment

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Good standing with relevant boards and credentials
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts and adapt to a dynamic hospital environment
