Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $218.40/hour
• Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure and certification reimbursements, travel and accommodation stipends where applicable

What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecological care in a hospital setting
• Manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document clinical assessments, procedures, and patient progress accurately
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical standards
• Participate in on-call coverage and emergency response when required
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols

What You Need

• Valid AZ medical license and current DEA certification
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 2 years hospitalist OB/GYN clinical experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts and adapt to hospital needs
