Details:

  • Setting: Provide Hospice/Palliative Care for Patients in their homes, SNFs and other hospice/palliative care centers
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience with geriatric patients in any setting)
  • Schedule: 4X10s (8am-7pm) or will consider 5X8 (8am-5pm)
  • No weekends, holidays, or call

Compensation:

  • Receive a paycheck weekly!
