Job Title: Director, Clinical Services (Hospice)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Travel: Local travel required (%)

Compensation: $160,000 $187,300 annually + Management Incentive Plan

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (Hospice) to oversee nursing operations, clinical care quality, and patient services for a hospice program. This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing and clinical staff
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality hospice care
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with state and federal hospice regulations
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient care plans
• Support operational planning, budgeting, and program development

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BSN required
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• 2+ years hospice clinical experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical performance improvement preferred
