Hitachi Rail Quality Assurance Leader

Serve as a Technical Specialist in Quality Assurance at Hitachi Rail, located in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role will focus on ensuring high-quality deliverables for critical safety systems. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and compliance with quality requirements in CBTC solutions. Collaborate with teams throughout the project lifecycle to identify risks and promote a mindset of quality at every step. Your expertise will help us continuously improve our service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Perform compliance assessments for project requirements • Develop and implement Quality Plans • Conduct internal and external audits • Manage findings from quality audits and inspections • Prepare management reports on quality performance Requirements: • Bachelor's in Engineering or similar field • 10+ years in QA or Engineering roles • Solid grasp of Quality Management Systems and practices • Experience in conducting multi-disciplinary investigations • Proficiency in English; written French is a plus Utilize your passion for quality and safety at Hitachi Rail, where innovation drives success.
