What We re Looking For:

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong clinical skills with adaptability in diverse settings

  • Experience or willingness to work in an FQHC setting

  • Full-time preferred; part-time opportunities may be available


Job Details:
  • 6 month minimum with option to extend
  • 20-22 patients per day
  • All ages
  • 5 days per week
  • EPIC EMR - Experience Required
  • Must be willing to travel between San /Jose and Fremont for their mobile clinic
