Hematology/Oncology Physician

ATC West Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join its expanding cancer program in Findlay, Ohio. This is a hospital-employed, permanent position offering a balanced 50/50 Hematology and Oncology practice, strong multidisciplinary support, and access to advanced cancer care resources within a physician-led health system.

Schedule

• Four clinic days per week
• One remote administrative day per week
• 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology practice
• 1:4 inpatient call rotation with additional call compensation
• Permanent position only (No locums or locums-to-perm)
• Visa sponsorship not available

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Join an established team of 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Manage a well-established referral base with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancer patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Nutrition Services, Social Work, Genetic Counseling, Patient Navigation, and Tumor Registry.
• Utilize advanced technology including a new linear accelerator, CT simulator, onsite board-certified oncology pharmacist, and access to clinical trials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in both Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Current NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) required at submission.
• Must provide:
  • Date of last agency communication with the candidate.
  • Candidate's reason for interest in the facility.
• Agency must verify the candidate has not applied directly to the position.
