Hematology/Oncology Physician

Hospital is looking for 1 experienced Hematology/Oncology Board Certified Physician support 3 days per week for 9-12 months. Details below.

Pay on 1099:

• Orientation Rate - $225/hr
• Hourly Rate - $500/hr
• Holiday Hourly Rate -$600/hr

Average worked Callback Hours: Not on call

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Start: Jan 1, 2027
• Monday-Thursday (needing 3 days per week)
• Shift times: 8a-5p

Setting: Clinic: Outpatient, Hospital: Outpatient
Duties: Direct hospital based outpatient care and chemotherapy program director/provider
Required Procedures: Bone marrow biopsies
EMR: ECW(EClinical works) and Meditech
Support Staff: Hemoc trained ARNP, nurses
Reason for Coverage: Current provider retirement 12/31/2026
Dealbreakers: Must be able to perform Bone Marrow Biopsies

Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
No patient admissions. See 15-18 pt per day. No inpatient practice, outpatient only. Bone marrow biopsies. 1-3 consults per week.

Credentialing Information:

• Timeframe: Can be done within 30 days after receiving documents

• Credentialing with other facilities? No
• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? NO

Submission Requirements

• Updated CV ( No gaps above 30 days)
• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
• Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years with residency completion) - REQUIRED
• Board Certified Hematology - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Active OR License - HIGHLY PREFERRED - Will accept IMLC and non licensed candidates. Must obtain OR license during credentialing Required
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship REQUIRED
• Other Certifications BLS Required DEA Required during credentialing
• Clean Background/Malpractice Highly Preferred
