• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in hematology/oncology outpatient care; experience with bone marrow biopsies required

Pay & Benefits:

• Orientation rate: Half of hourly rate (applicable after 8 hours)
• Holiday rate: 1.5x regular hourly rate on designated holidays

What You ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, including chemotherapy management
• Perform bone marrow biopsies and related procedures
• Conduct approximately 15-18 patient visits per day and 1-3 consultations per week
• Collaborate with support staff, including experienced ARNPs and nurses
• Manage treatment plans in a outpatient setting using ECW (eClinical Works) and Meditech EMRs
• Support the facility s chemotherapy program and patient education efforts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Oregon medical license and Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• 2+ years of outpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Proficiency in bone marrow biopsies
• Skilled in EMR systems: ECW and Meditech
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision and maintain high-quality patient care

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient oncology settings
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient programs
