Facility in Pontiac, MI seeking HemOnc locums coverage Rates: $550/hr Opportunity Highlights
  • Coverage Dates: January 19, 2026 July 31, 2026.
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.
  • Work-Life Balance: Outpatient clinic only; call is restricted to clinic-related needs (no hospital rounding).
  • Patient Volume: patients per day.
  • EMR: Cerner (Familiarity preferred).
  • Support Team: Comprehensive staff including an NP, Oncology RNs, Medical Assistants, Social Worker, Dietitian, and Nurse Navigator.
Clinical Setting & Services
  • Onsite Infrastructure: Infusion center and onsite CBC capabilities.
  • Collaborative Care: Active participation in Tumor Board is required.
  • Clinical Focus: Management of a diverse patient population requiring standard hematology and oncology outpatient care.
Provider Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology (Required). Truly Board Eligible (BE) candidates may be reviewed.
  • Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) Medical License (Required). IMLC is not accepted for this site.
  • Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (Required).
  • Documentation: Self-Query NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days (Required at presentation).
