General Production Worker

We are currently looking for Production Workers in Somerset, NJ. A well-established food manufacturer is looking for experienced, dedicated, and hard working individuals who want to continue their career while earning a great paycheck.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay:

• $20/hr

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Work with powders and ingredients to make seasoning
• Consistent heavy lifting of 50-55 lbs powder bags to mix material into mixers
• Follow basic formula mixing instructions
• General production, and labor tasks

Production Worker Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Production experience is a PLUS
• Knowledge and experience in Food Industry is a PLUS
• Ability to work from written and/or verbal instructions
• Ability to learn while training with an experienced employee
• Ability to follow safety rules and requirements when working in dangerous areas or with powered equipment
• Ability to work as a team member while under training with experienced employee
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
