General Manager - Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

NeoVista Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations across our growing portfolio of Albany hospitality concepts, including fine dining, Japanese dining, cafe operations, and private events. The successful candidate will be a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both Front of House and Back of House operations, and is passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with Executive Chefs, restaurant management, and executive leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, profitability, and operational excellence.
