Procedures: Bread and Butter General Dentistry Fillings, Pulpotomies , crowns , simple extractions
Schedule : Mon-Fri or Monday-Thursday with optional Saturdays
Must be credentialed with Medicaid or Willing to be enrolled
3-6 months with option to extend!
