General Dentist Locum Opening in ALASKA!

We are partnering with a Community Health Center in beautiful Alaska that is seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment beginning mid-March. This is an excellent opportunity to serve a diverse patient population while working with a supportive clinical team.

Position Details:

• Setting: Community Health Center

• Start Date: March 16, 2026

• Schedule: Flexible 4x10 schedule (Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday)

• Assignment Length: 3 4 months, with potential for extension

• Licensure Requirement: Active Alaska dental license required

Clinical Environment:

• Work alongside one additional DDS in a collaborative setting

• Strong support staff, including 3 Dental Assistants and 1 Registered Dental Hygienist

• Patient volume averages patients per day, with approximately one patient per hour plus occasional emergency walk-ins

• Providers must be comfortable treating patients of all ages

• Clinic serves a diverse community, with approximately 40% Medicaid patient population
