  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Friday: Half day
  • DSO setting

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD
  • Active Oklahoma dental license or ability to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
