Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to provide an inviting and healing atmosphere. Located in the heart of Glendale, our onsite setup enables easy access for patients seeking therapy services. You will collaborate with a robust team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and medical doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. The work schedule typically follows Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients to identify their specific needs, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include various therapeutic modalities, exercises, and home care strategies.
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitate recovery, improve mobility, and manage pain.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and continuously monitor patient progress.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and their families about recovery strategies, lifestyle modifications, and self-care.
  • Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with industry best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from various physical health conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and neurological conditions. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, each requiring personalized care plans designed to achieve their rehabilitation goals efficiently.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Possess a deep understanding of various physical therapy techniques and modalities.
  • Excellent skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate patient documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting or outpatient clinic.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice standards in physical therapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
