Elevate your ministry career with The United Church of Canada as a Growth and Stewardship Animator in the Antler River Watershed. You will be integral to the Growth and Stewardship Unit, focusing on both enhancing established communities and fostering the emergence of new ones. Key Responsibilities: • Implement strategies for Toward 2035 in your region • Nurture existing congregations towards resilience and growth • Encourage the establishment of new communities of faith • Work collaboratively with various church groups • Facilitate outreach initiatives to broaden engagement Requirements: • Education in theology, ministry, or a related field • At least four years in community development or ministry • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities • Insight into rural ministry dynamics is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Drive meaningful change in faith communities, ensuring a thriving future for The United Church of Canada through effective stewardship and innovative practices.
