Forklift Operator II

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator II to join their team. As a Forklift Operator II, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient material handling processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator II

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Range: $20.41

What's the Job?

• Perform picking, packing, kitting, staging, and replenishing materials and components.
• Support putaway of inbound freight to designated storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and physical inventory participation.
• Sort, organize, and label freight, pallets, and storage locations according to warehouse standards.
• Use RF scanners and SAP for material transactions, tracking, and documentation.

What's Needed?

• Valid Reach Truck / Forklift Certification is an asset but not a mandatory requirement.
• 1-3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality and safety.
