We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and assist with daily warehouse and production operations. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Safely operate forklift equipment to move materials, products, and pallets.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
• Stage products and materials according to production or shipping requirements.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete required equipment inspections before operating machinery.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Required:

• Age 18+
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong physical stamina

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Fast-paced, hands-on role

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
