Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: 1ST SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATOR

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment, collecting products, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack and cherry picker or reach forklift.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and verify products.
• Collect and assemble orders according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition before shipment.
• Move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company procedures and warehouse safety requirements.
• Work efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous electric pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Cherry picker or reach forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous RF scanner and order-picking experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be safety-conscious and self-motivated.
