Job Description:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in epee fencing for students of all skill levels.
Conduct individual and group lessons to enhance the fencing skills of students.
Observe and assess the progress of students and provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their technique.
Ensure that all equipment used in fencing is safe and properly maintained.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all students during fencing lessons.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and communicate regularly with head coach, parents, or guardians.
Encourage and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Assist, participate, and coordinate special events, such as competitions, recreational activities, seminars, camps etc.
Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest fencing techniques and teaching methods.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Completion of a college program in recreation or physical education will be a plus.
Demonstrated ability in teaching epee
Certificate of Recreational Program Instructor or Specialist will be an asset.
1-2 years of experience as a coach or an instructor in Fencing will be an asset.
