Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $144.50/hour

What You'll Do
  • Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies in a supportive environment
  • Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff
  • Support patients with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care therapies
  • Utilize Epic EMR to document and coordinate patient care
  • Provide patient education, symptom management, and follow-up care
  • Support goals of patient continuity and relationship-driven care
  • Assist with care coordination, prepare for procedures, and participate in clinical trial processes as applicable
What You Need
  • Active Minnesota license, with current certification as PA or APP
  • 2+ years of outpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate patient-centered approach
