Primary Care APP opening Äì Conway, SC10 miles from Myrtle BeachPosition Details

• Outpatient-only primary care role
• Monday ÄìThursday: 8:00 am Äì 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am Äì 12:00 pm
• 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours per week
• Call shared 1:7 Äì1:8, with after-hours triage handled by a nurse line
• Dedicated nurse and full clinical support team
• EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation and ambient AI charting support
• Patient-centered, collaborative practice environment with strong provider autonomy
Clinical Responsibilities
• See approximately 20 Äì25+ patients per day
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Perform in-office procedures including:
- Skin biopsies - Joint injections - Minor dermatologic procedures - Women Äôs health servicesRequirements
• Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
• Strong interest in building long-term patient relationships
• Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
