  • A nurse practitioner or physician assistant is needed to join this FQHC community health center
  • You will be doing family medicine/primary care and must be able to see infants through geriatrics
  • Must have at least two years of experience and ideally FQHC experience
  • Work 32-40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with one possible later shift (11am-8pm)
  • See 24 patients a day and have a call schedule every six weeks
  • Earn $110K-135K DOE plus a quality incentive bonus and three weeks PTO
