Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

I have a Nurse Practitioner need located in Kentucky. Please see details below and let me know if you have any further questions or interest in the opportunity.

Schedule:
Need is on a PRN basis and ongoing. Need is for one 4hr day to start, may need a full day/ additional days in future.

Population:
Adults, Veterans

Daily expectations:

• One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
• No prescribing, no treatment

Location: Provider would need to work out of their own office
Paducah, KY- within 50 mile radius required

Need is open to these specialties:

• family medicine
• internal medicine
• orthopedic surgery
• anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.
