We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing primary care team in beautiful Wailuku, Maui . You'll work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the health of our community in a supportive outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform wellness exams and preventive care visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National Board Certification (FNP or PA-C)
• Current or eligible Hawaii APRN or PA license
• Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority
