Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

EMR: RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient clinic at Crown Point IHS. The provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse Native American population in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient/non-critical cases
• Provide appropriate treatment plans and follow-up care
• Stabilize and triage patients when necessary
• Deliver culturally sensitive and respectful care to Native American communities
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Any U.S. state accepted
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Required
• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
