Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine
Job Details:
• Full-time position Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm for 12-month commitment
• Manage an established patient panel with focus on chronic care management
• Treat conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other primary care needs
• Patient volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day
• Care primarily for adult patients (ages 18+), pediatrics optional
• No call responsibilities
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license required
• Must have current ACLS/BLS certification and DEA with schedule II during credentialing
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-90 days
• Medical Assistant support provided
• Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner CareB
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
