Enterprise Medical is assisting a group in East Oregon search for a Family Medicine physician. The group currently has 13 Family Medicine physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants in 4 locations. The opportunity is available due to community growth and retirement.

About the opportunity

• Join the most extensive primary care private practice in the county
• Work a 4-day workweek and see 18 to 20 patients per day
• Strictly outpatient practice; 28 patient contact hours per week
• Embedded Behavioral Health and Clinical Pharmacy
• Patient-centered medical home setting

Financial Package

The position offers a salary based upon MGMA guidelines, an incentive plan, a benefits package, and a 2-year partnership track. Shareholders making between $300,000 and $500,000+ per year.
