Requirements as a Family / Internal Medicine Physician

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Holding or eligible for an unrestricted New Jersey medical license

• Current BLS or ACLS certification

• DEA registration (or eligibility)
