Call Coverage Requirement:

• Continuity of care call required. This is a Outpatient Opportunity with Phone call -1 in 4

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation: $ 3 5 0 ,000 - $3 75 ,000 negotiable

• Signing Bonus: $ 50 ,000

• Relocation: $15,000

• Licensing & Dues: $2,000

• CME s: $4,000

• Benefit Time: 240 hours

• Malpractice Insurance: A claims made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the Physician and coupled with tail coverage
