Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Locums to Perm (within 3-6 months) Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, locums position offering a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $150 + Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibility)
• NO Nights , NO weekends
• Care Model: Value-based care
• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7-10 patients per day
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Temp to Perm (with in 3-6 months)
• Expedited Credentialing

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid Provider ID required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Spanish Speaking
