Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking acompassionate and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine,Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-establishedoutpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Bronx,NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrivesin a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, permanentposition offering a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatientresponsibilities.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $230,000 -$250,000 plus 20% performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday - Friday,8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No Nights and No Weekends
• Setting: Outpatient (noinpatient responsibility)
• Care Model: Value-based care
• Patient Population:Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient Volume: Manageablecensus of 7-10 patients per day
• New graduates welcome
• Spanish speaking highly prefered

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York Statemedical license or eligibility
• Medicare and MedicaidProvider ID (active or eligible)
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
