A well-established rural health clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. The clinic offers flexibility in scheduling and a low daily patient volume to allow for personalized, thorough care.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Family Nurse Practitioner needed for a rural health clinic

• Monday through Friday schedule no weekends

• Choose between a 4-day (longer shifts) or 5-day (shorter shifts) workweek

• Patient volume averages per day, based on visit type

• Variable appointment lengths ( minutes) to match patient needs

• Services include:

  • Annual physicals and wellness visits

  • Prenatal, perinatal, and post-partum care

  • Pediatric exams and school/sports physicals

  • Preventive screenings and immunizations

  • Acute care for fever, asthma, headaches, injuries, wound care, and more

• Work with a collaborative team of MDs, NPs, and dedicated support staff

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary range: $120,000 $135,000, based on experience and autonomy level

• New grads may be offered a different rate until independent practice is achieved
