Community Quick Care - La Vergne, Tennessee Community Quick Care is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. This role is ideal for providers seeking flexible scheduling while practicing in a supportive, patient-focused clinic environment.
Responsibilities Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries Conduct sick visits, wellness visits, and follow-up visits Manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma Perform physical exams and preventive care visits Prescribe medications and treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Perform minor procedures (suturing, incision & drainage, ear wax removal) Provide patient education and counseling Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Qualifications Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain DEA license or eligibility Strong clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred
Schedule Flexible PRN or Part-Time scheduling Daytime clinic hours No hospital call
