EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER WANTED

Job Description Job Description About the Role: AJL Plumbing & Heating is hiring a skilled plumber with strong experience in both commercial and residential service and installation. Must be reliable, knowledgeable, and able to work independently. Competitive pay, steady work-year round and use of company vehicle to take home.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both commercial and residential settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water supply systems
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing on new construction and renovation projects
• Install and service water heaters, boilers, and heating systems
• Ensure all work meets local codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to complete jobs on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Experience with pipe fitting, soldering, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must live in Nassau or Suffolk County
• OSHA 30 card
