Hiring for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator. Candidates need to have at least 5 plus years of commercial estimating experience. This position requires working closely with the project team, analyzing documents, blueprints and project plans. Creating labor estimates for any size project, managing bids from subcontractors, maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors. The candidate must have experience with several estimating software programs along with Procure and Microsoft.
