About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support by managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Screen calls, emails, and executive communications.
Organize board meetings, executive meetings, and client events.
Maintain confidential records and business documents.
Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
Process invoices, expense claims, and administrative documentation.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and business partners.

Qualifications
Required:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred:
Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or trust administration.
Experience supporting board meetings and executive reporting.
Familiarity with expense management and document management systems.
