Job Description Job Description Prepare detailed commercial drywall estimates using OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and QUICKBIDReview architectural, structural, and reflected ceiling plansPrepare bid proposals and quantity takeoffsManage projects from award through closeoutPrepare and process: RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Pay Applications, Schedule of Values (SOVs)Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain organized project documentation and communication

• 5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience
• Experience with OST (On-Screen Takeoff) QUICKBID
• Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor
• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall systems, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and specialty ceilings
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications Outlook and Microsoft Excel, including preparation of Pay Applications and Schedules of Values
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
