Visa Sponsorship: J1 and H1 candidates welcome About the Role We re seeking a compassionate and experienced Endocrinologist to join our outpatient clinic in Arizona. You ll provide expert care for a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and hormonal imbalances, in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine disorders in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and allied health professionals.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology.
• Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: From $300,000/year, plus performance incentives.

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday Friday, no inpatient call.
