A well-established democratic Emergency Medicine group is seeking a Board-Certified physician with ER experience to join their team covering four Emergency Departments across Ohio.

This is a physician-led, independent group not corporate-managed offering autonomy, stability, and a strong team culture.

Practice Details

• Group Structure: Independent democratic EM group

• Locations: 4 Emergency Departments in Ohio

• Annual Volumes: 6 000 visits

• Coverage Model:

  • Lower-volume sites: single physician coverage

  • 3 larger ERs: physician + PA/NP backup

• Facility Type: Critical Access & community hospitals

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified

• Emergency Room experience required

• Board Certification accepted in:

  • Emergency Medicine (EM)

  • Family Medicine (FM)

  • Internal Medicine (IM)

  • General Surgery (GS)

Compensation

• $175 $210 per hour (based on experience and site)
