Seeking 1 Candidate (Facility may consider 2 candidates)
Hot Buttons forclient: Provider that has Current, CLEAN & Active Wisconsin licensure; PREFER Licensed Candidate; Commit to at least 7-15 shifts per month
Qualifications: Licensed in WI; Clean, Active DEA PALS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS â€" AHA Certified
Facility Type:Hospital â€" Emergency Medicine Floor
Start Date: ASAP â€" contract thru July 2023
Minimum Length Accepted: 3-4 months minimum
Schedule: BOTH Days and Night shifts â€"client prefers candidate that can be flexible to either shift
Lacrosse â€" 6A-4P; 10A-10P; 3P-1A; 9P-7P; Sparta â€" 7A-7P; 7P-7A
Support Staff and Team Structure: Emergency Medicine Team; Nurses; NP/PA; Paramedics; Social Work; RN Case Manager; PT
Additional Information: LaCrosse Trauma Level 3 â€" Annual visits 25,000K
Sparta Trauma Level 4; Annual visits 8500K
Inpatient/Outpatient Inpatient Emergency Room Floor
Charting/Dictation: Epic; Dictation available â€" PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR CANDIDATE HAS EPIC EXPERIENCE
