Requirements

  • MDs: ACLS, PALS, moderate sedation exam required for non-ABEM/ABOEM physicians
  • Board Certification: Required
  • Credentialing: Case logs including 5 intubations in the previous 12 months
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days from completed application
  • Temporary Privileges: Available for clean files
