We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician to backfill coverage at MGMC. This is an urgent reopening with sporadic shifts across November, December, and January. Preference is given to candidates in the New England region who can provide flexible local support.

Assignment Details:

  • Shifts: 9-hour blocks (9a 6p, 2p 11p, 11p 8a)

  • Trauma Level: II

  • Volume: 1.2 1.4 patients per hour

  • Call: None

  • Credentialing: Expedited for clean files (standard 8 10 weeks otherwise)

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine REQUIRED

  • Active Maine License or IMLC LOQ REQUIRED IPL will help with Maine licensure if you have an active LOQ.

  • Must be comfortable with Level II trauma environment
