What You ll Do

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of nursing interventions in ER settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress and changes.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness practices.
• Support patients emotionally and advocate for their rights and comfort.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

What You Need

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure transfer.
• Minimum of 2 years ER or acute care experience.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
